I was given creative license with the design and the client made minimal changes to the original design.

In this new construction family home, the fireplace is the focal point when entering from the foyer. We fell in love with this stone and it’s visual impact. We designed a stunning staircase that took careful planning to get the details right. The hidden storage adds practicality without distracting from the design

To achieve this, we maintained a light color palette and incorporated varying textures to create visual interest without overwhelming the space. The combination of soft hues and tactile materials fosters a calm, inviting environment reminiscent of a tranquil retreat.
This homeowner prefers symmetry. The room is thoughtfully balanced with diverse seating options arranged around the fireplace and TV, creating a harmonious focal point. The color palette is anchored in neutral tones, enhanced subtly by touches of blue for added depth and interest.
This Jack & Jill suite, shared by two brothers, features a clean and bright color palette that enhances the compact space. One room is painted in a vibrant Lego green, while the other sports a Lego blue, reflecting the boys’ shared love for Legos and adding a playful touch to their personal areas.
Given the small size of the rooms, multifunctional furniture was essential. Each piece was carefully selected to maximize storage and usability without overcrowding the space. Vertical space was fully utilized, incorporating tall shelves and lofted elements to keep the floor area open and uncluttered.
